Happy Days Mission
Happy Days is a Mother’s Day Out/Pre-School Program that provides quality childcare in a spiritual environment. The children are involved in activities that develop readiness skills for elementary education. It also allows parents and grandparents time for themselves. The children are taught spiritual education by learning Bible stories and memory verses. Happy Days is in session Tuesday-Thursday from 10-2. Parents can choose to send their children every day or just 1 or 2 days a week. Happy Days is open during the school year and follows the Madison County Public School calendar. We do not offer a summer program.
Happy Days Directors
The previous director, Barbara Capps, first started the Happy Days over 30 years ago and recently retired after her faithful service to the program. In 2023 Barbara turned her director's cap over to Mattie Bryant (Director) and Amy Franklin (Assistant Director).
Mattie worked her first year as the Happy Days music teacher, then became assistant director and then director. She has extensive administrative experience working for several businesses and excellent child care qualities having worked as a full-time nanny, a substitute teacher, and at a home daycare. She has two children of her own and is married to her college sweetheart Zach Bryant.
Amy Franklin has a B.A. in Elementary Education and first worked between 2009-2015 as a private school teacher. She has worked for six years in several areas at Happy Days including the nursery, music, and three-year-old classes. She has used her talents in teaching and education to also homeschool her four children. Along with her four children, she is married to her husband, Chris Franklin, who is captain of Huntsville Fire and Rescue.

Happy Days Registration & Fees
Registration Begins March 5th for the 2024/2025 School Year.
REGISTRATION FEE: $100
(Non-refundable – paid at the time of enrollment, each additional sibling is $75)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT $10 OFF if registered by March 28th, 2024.
TUITION
Infants and Toddlers (Children 6 months to 23 months by September 1st)
$75 per month/one day per week
$150 per month; two days per week
$225 per month; three days per week
2-year-olds through Pre-K
$70 per month; one day per week
$140 per month; two days per week
$210 per month; three days per week
(PRE-K MUST ATTEND ALL THREE DAYS)
